Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor 4 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor 4, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor 4

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Pay Range: $30- $34/hr

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance data to identify and resolve problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, while resolving personal grievances and maintaining personnel records.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with automotive manufacturing background.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
