Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor (2nd Shift) to join their team. As a Sanitation Supervisor (2nd Shift), you will be part of the Sanitation Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Lead the training and performance of sanitation staff to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Implement and verify sanitation procedures, continuously seeking ways to improve cleaning processes while minimizing costs.
- Maintain sanitation schedules, update standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee pest control activities, perform equipment inspections, and conduct environmental testing as needed.
- Supervise the closing of the facility, ensuring all access points are secured and safety protocols are followed.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within manufacturing or production environments, including pharmaceutical backgrounds considered.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of long-term tenure in previous roles.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards such as HACCP, BRC, or GFSI schemes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain detailed records and reports.
