Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the facility’s maintenance and production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin

Pay Range: Up to $93,000

• Collaborate with the Plant Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and facility management to enhance employee safety and production quality.
• Supervise maintenance and capital projects to ensure optimal equipment reliability and effectiveness.
• Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems and utilities.
• Implement corrective actions based on maintenance performance indicators to improve OEE.
• Engage in planning, evaluating, and organizing to ensure effective team management and development.

• A minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience in a dairy, food, or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
