Our client, a leading organization in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Chemical Compound Operator to join their team. As a Chemical Compound Operator, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the chemical R&D pilot plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, aligning successfully within the organization.

Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania
Pay Range: $23.00
What's the Job?- Operate equipment and processing areas in chemical R&D pilot plants to develop chemical processes and prepare supplies.
- Assist in maintaining pilot plant equipment and facilities to ensure continuous readiness and compliance.
- Support installation, operational, and process qualifications to keep pilot plant facilities qualified as required.
- Follow safety, environmental, and GMP guidelines to ensure safe manufacturing operations.
- Manage materials, including raw materials and spare parts, to maintain proper inventory levels and proper waste disposal.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of GMP manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work, including alternating first and second shifts.
- Capability to lift over fifty pounds and move drums weighing 400 to 600 lbs. using available equipment.
