We are seeking an experienced Header Combo A Welder for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Catoosa. This position includes a $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 60 days). The Header Combo A
Welder role requires advanced TIG and Stick welding skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

2G Back Plate Test, including:

• TIG Root & Hot Pass
• 7018 Stick Fill & Cap
• Must pass 100% X-Ray

• Weld metal parts using MIG
  , Stick
  , or a combination of arc welding processes
• Fabricate and repair headers and header subassemblies
• Read and interpret drawings
  , weld symbols
  , and weld procedures
• Remove metal using carbon arc gouging and/or plasma gouging
• Position parts using overhead cranes or jib cranes
• Use tape measures and perform basic math calculations
• Maintain high-quality standards and follow all safety procedures

• Proven experience as a Header Combo A Welder or similar high-skill welder
• Ability to pass all required weld tests
• Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication standards
• Ability to safely operate cranes and fabrication equipment
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and quality-driven

• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Weekend 1st Shift: Friday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
