Hydraulic Assemblers

1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday Over time when needed may have to work Saturdays

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

As a Hydraulic Assembler Associate

• Capable of reading hydraulic schematic and troubleshooting hydraulic circuits.
• Experience in rebuilding hydraulic pumps, motors and cylinders
• Capable of understanding pump and pto rotations and flow
• Capable of doing mechanical technician duties
• Safe and appropriate operation of any equipment needed to perform job
• Recording serial numbers and other information as necessary to complete paperwork associated with any job
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area Works with limited supervision
• Other tasks or duties may be assigned by a supervisor
• Recalling data and procedures on a daily basis, including taking notes, copying prints as needed
  
  To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions, safety documents, procedural manuals and engineering drawings
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers and supervisors in a courteous and professional manner
• Basic mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic aptitude

• WORK ENVIRONMENT:The performance of this position will require exposure to manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes and other mandatory safety equipment

• Sitting or standing as needed.
• Walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
• Reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within limits set.
