• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, climbing, working at heights, working in confined spaces)
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and environments with high dust levels
• Ability to use appropriate PPE and pass required testing (FRA and DOT, where applicable)
• Basic math and communication skills

• 1 year of experience working in an industrial environment with a dependable work record (preferred)
