Monday–Friday | Rotating Shifts

Hire Call is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in Catoosa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of MIG welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Shift Rotation:
  Employees rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks.
• Workdays:
  Monday through Friday Candidates must be available and willing to work both shifts.

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Prepare materials and surfaces for welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently.
• Identify and correct welding defects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Ability to produce consistent, quality MIG welds.
• Basic understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to rotate between first and second shifts every two weeks.
