3G Vessel Welder (Direct Hire – Pressure Vessel Fabrication)
Pay: $26–$29/hour minimum

Tulsa, OK3G Vessel Welder – Must-Have Requirements Must be able to pass an open root 3G MIG/Flux Core fill and cap weld test Minimum 2 years welding experience required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders

Strong understanding of volts, amps, and welding machine adjustments

Ability to pass weld inspection and detect defects

Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately

Basic safety training knowledge and commitment to safety compliance

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic3G Vessel Welder – Position Summary Set up and operate advanced welding equipment for pressure vessel fabrication

Perform high-quality welds that meet strict production and safety standards

Repair defective welds and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime

Ensure all work meets specification and quality expectations in a production environment

Support continuous improvement and efficiency in welding processes3G Vessel Welder

– Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan welding procedures and work steps for assigned jobs

Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines as needed

Perform 3G open root MIG/Flux Core welding with fill and cap passes

Inspect finished welds for quality, completeness, and compliance

Troubleshoot welding equipment and make necessary adjustments

Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

Maintain production output and meet expected job standards

Clock into production jobs and track work accurately

Communicate with supervisors and other departments as needed

Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Perform additional duties as assigned3G Vessel Welder – Additional Qualifications Experience in pressure vessel or heavy fabrication welding preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in high-quality, code-driven welding environments (ASME a plus)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship#MG1
