Engagement Marketing Execution Lead Early Engagement and Loyalty Execution

Our client, a multinational bank, is seeking an Engagement Marketing Execution Lead to join their team. As an Engagement Marketing Execution Lead, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Cards Engagement Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engagement Marketing Execution Lead – (Early Engagement and Loyalty Execution)

Location: Irving, TX 75039 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay Range: $55-63/hr
Duration: 12 months

• Support channel intake process, prioritization, and coordination with other execution teams.
• Partner with internal teams on the implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration.
• Update campaign progress and capture records within our marketing workflow tool to maintain high control standards.
• Collaborate with Digital/Mobile and Email Strategy leads to obtain results learning and support optimization plans.
• Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experiences overall.

• Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required.
• Experience with marketing project and program management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
