More than filling a position, Mount Laurel Church is seeking someone who feels called to build a life and ministry with them, and they welcome conversations with experienced pastors as well as gifted individuals entering a new season of ministry.

- Maintain regular office and ministry hours, participate in church council and leadership meetings, help plan the annual ministry calendar, and pursue continuing education and professional development
