About This OpportunityCareATC is currently looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach focuses on assisting a patient population in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education. The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clinic staff and interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality, comprehensive primary care.
- Provide primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues.
- Provide virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
- Pass on‑site credentialing and keep up‑to‑date licensing in the state(s) where practicing.
- 34 hours per week
- On‑site locations: 1 Day at 2416 US‑412, Suite 239, West Siloam Springs, OK 74338; 3 Days at 19240 Country Club Drive, Catoosa, OK 74015.
- Exclusive patients – no walk‑ins, no on‑call or holiday shifts

- DEA required for prescribing and dispensing
- Ability to pass on‑site credentialing
- Current license in the state(s) where Nurse Practitioner will practice
- Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards
- Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention
