Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Schedule:
Friday through Sunday 7:00 am-7:00 pm
Location:
Hugo, OK
Acuity:
Trach & Vent
- Active LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test within 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: 6+ months of hands‑on nursing experience
- Provide one‑to‑one patient care in patient’s home
- Execute physician‑prescribed plan of care and document in EHR
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Educate and train family members on health promotion
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance
