Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

• Qualifications:
  
  Nursing degree (associate's, diploma, or BSN), current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Responsibilities:
  Delivering direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to restore patients to independence. Ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining a compassionate approach.
• Skills & Physical Demands:
  Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and twisting during shifts.
