Hourly Pay: $32.00

What You'll Do- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements:- Current LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus
