What You ll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to an average of 5 patients per shift
• Manage both Emergency Room and Med Surg patient needs, responding effectively to urgent situations
• Collaborate with a team of 2 registered nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Utilize BLS, ACLS, and PALS skills to provide critical interventions when needed
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Uphold facility policies and standards for patient safety and quality care

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma (or eligible for reciprocity)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent ER or Med Surg nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
