We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Day Shift Registered Nurse to join our staff at Hearts worth Center Nursing. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of compassion and excellence.
About the Role:As a Day Shift Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
- Monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes, and implementing interventions as needed
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and medications
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
