About the Role:- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Identifying and reporting any changes in patient condition or concerns to our nursing leadership team
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $29 + hourly

- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
