We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RNs / LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
Primary Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6pm - Job Type: Full-time
RN & LPN OPPORTUNITY – UP TO $50,000 IN POTENTIAL INCENTIVES!
Qualified nurses may be eligible for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment assistance PLUS a $10,000 stipend through the Nurses for Nursing Homes program!
No student loans? Recent nursing graduates may still qualify for a $10,000 stipend!
