As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Chandler Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care to our community of residents. • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and transfers

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including laundry and housekeeping duties

• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies
