Senior Product Quality Leader

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Product Quality Leader to join their team. As a Senior Product Quality Leader
, you will be part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction department supporting the Product Quality team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and cross-functional team leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Product Quality Leader
Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $42-$44.50/hr.

• Chairperson for the Field Quality Meeting (FQM) for assigned markets.
• Lead the Quality Action Group (QAG) as appointed.
• Detect and quantify customer quality issues proactively through enhanced analytics.
• Prioritize quality actions within Volvo Group to meet committed quality targets.
• Communicate and report effectively on product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field;
  Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service or maintenance role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership or project management.
• Strong judgment abilities for prioritizing issues that add value for both customer and brand.
