As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall integrity of products and processes. • Coordinate and execute On-Line Quality Control and Incoming Materials Inspections.
• Manage and monitor shelf-life and retained samples programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal quality policies.
• Oversee the microbiological testing laboratory and manage related personnel and budgets.
• Conduct audits of plant sanitation processes and coordinate pest control programs.

• Experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental communication.
• Proficient in developing and managing quality assurance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
