Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the manufacturing and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products and medical devices throughout all manufacturing stages.
  • Perform environmental monitoring and sample testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review test data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure data integrity in laboratory systems.
  • Serve as a mentor and provide training to Laboratory Associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in audits, equipment calibration, and SOP updates to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field with 2-5 years of laboratory experience, or Master’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in wet and instrumental analysis methods and familiarity with laboratory instrumentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP.
