Assistant Store Manager role at Yesway

Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities
- Schedule employees for shifts
- Resolve store issues including customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements
- Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise
- Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions
- Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required - Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
- Experience:
One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
