The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage during busy periods, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations often required using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed within district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders regularly.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training successfully.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, operate vehicles, and move merchandise throughout the store.
