• Greet and assist customers with tanning services, product recommendations, and membership options
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and membership retention
• Drive membership and retail sales by educating customers on tanning services, wellness services, and skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
• Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
