Sales Representative – Fish Feed Division

Sales Lake Zone (Field-based role) Full-time

We're hiring Sales Representatives with a mission: drive growth across the Lake Zone, build strong relationships with local retailers and fish farmers, and represent the Nov Feed brand with professionalism, strategy, and integrity.

• Develop and expand retail networks in the Lake Zone
• Conduct strategic sales calls to uncover customer needs and propose tailored feed solutions
• Track, manage, and report sales performance and customer data
• Collaborate with the Head Office to align field activities with overall sales strategy
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and help build team capability
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
• Stay informed on market dynamics, customer behavior, and local aquaculture trends
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territories
• Train retailers and farmers on optimal feed usage and storage

• Proven success in B2B agricultural input sales (fish feed highly preferred), with networks in Tanzania's Lake Region
• Education:
  
  Diploma >5 years of work experience OR Bachelor's >2 years of work experience
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong team player who uplifts and collaborates
• Able to work independently and adapt to diverse customer environments
• Tech-savvy enough to manage sales data and reporting tools is a plus
