Senior Representative Inside Sales

Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Senior Representative Inside Sales to join their team. As a Senior Representative Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Manage and maintain accurate account contact information and program records within the customer management system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding SKU rationalizations, pricing, asset transfers, and ownership changes, ensuring effective resolutions.
• Handle account requests such as setup, maintenance, equipment service, and delivery claims, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to identify creative solutions and resolve issues impacting customer relationships or product delivery.
• Participate in business planning activities with field leadership to set goals, support customer needs, and identify sales opportunities.

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.
• Knowledge or experience in the coffee, beverage, or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to develop and execute personal sales strategies within existing customer portfolios.
  
  Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
