Part-Time Sales Ambassador

The Sales Ambassador delivers personalized styling and product guidance while creating exceptional customer experiences. This role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports store standards and initiatives.

• Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations and personalized styling.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to customer preferences and channels.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives and training, and provide feedback to management.
• Help coach colleagues and engage in networking and talent sourcing.

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling with digital tools preferred.
