Join the Cavaliers Ticket Sales team and help launch every fan out of their seat. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll drive real revenue for one of the NBA's most storied franchises — mastering both B2C and B2B sales while building a career path in sports business. This isn't an entry-level holding pattern; it's the on-ramp to a career in sports sales, and we invest in getting you there.

• Make 70+ outbound calls a day, building your own pipeline.
• Work every Cavs home game, engaging Guests at your sales table and turning every interaction into revenue.
• Self-source new business leads — no waiting for leads to land in your lap.
• Hit revenue targets across Memberships, Group Tickets, Suites, and Premium Single-Game Inventory.
• Team up with Business Development and the broader Cavs Ticket Sales team — we win together.
• Bring the 5 core traits every day: work ethic, passion, positive attitude, leadership, and a hunger to learn.

• Bachelor's Degree required—preferably in Sports Management/Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sports sales or event sales is preferred.
• A professional, competitive mindset.
• A real desire to build a career in sports business.
• Availability to work most Cavs home games.
• Coachability and a relentless drive to improve.

• Base Salary: $32,500 + Overtime Pay + uncapped commission potential.
