As a Security Officer - Patrol in Idabel, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a location serving financial institutions, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
• Support access control procedures and visitor management in accordance with location-specific guidelines.
• Remain alert and attentive while performing patrols and during all assigned duties, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
