As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Wynnewood, OK
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols. Your presence helps maintain a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver’s license and adherence to driving policy requirements.

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and/or visitors as per site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, contractors, and/or guests with access-related needs.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site policies.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, including those related to hazardous materials and emergency response, as required at chemical and petrochemical locations.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and coordination with first responders when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter unauthorized individuals and support a secure environment for all personnel.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
