About the Role

Quapaw, Oklahoma – United States of America. As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium‑sized commercial buildings. This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and involves providing support and preventive maintenance. The role offers a flexible, collaborative environment with day hours of Monday‑Friday 7:00‑4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
  • Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
  • Deliver own output following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; GED or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of job‑related experience (or a qualified combination of experience and education).
  • Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset.
