Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on complex industrial equipment to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Must have hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing faults, interpreting ladder logic, and troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, motor controls, sensors, relays, contractors, VFDs, and electrical circuits.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, compressors, and associated components.
• Diagnose and repair electronic components, control systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components, including gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, motors, belts, chains, and drive systems.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment, including multimeters and other diagnostic tools, to identify electrical and electronic failures.
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Assist with machinery installations, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
