Life Stance Health is seeking a talented Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join their clinical team at the Moore, OK location. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in Spravato treatments, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Providers will enjoy a hybrid model offering telemedicine and in-person flexibility in a collegial, modern office environment.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient work in a Group Practice Setting

Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual Incentive Bonus up to $25,000
- Sign on Bonus -$30,000
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Compensation range $280,000 to $400,000+ - compensation model based on productivity
- OPEN TO NP SUPERVISION
-Equals added revenue

Qualifications
- Experienced or interest in Spravato treatments
- Fully licensed in Oklahoma
- BE/BC
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
