Title: Sr. Software Test Automation Engineer

Location: 1820 McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, California USA 95035

Duration: 6 Months | 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $55/hr to $57/hr (On W2)

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in mobile application testing
—preferably within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices delivering Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid programming skills, in-depth knowledge of Android and iOS architectures
, and proficiency in test automation frameworks.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts for SaMD mobile applications.
• Utilize Python
  , Appium
  , and other testing tools for automation across real devices, emulators, and cloud device farms (e.g.,
  Browser Stack
  , AWS Device Farm
  ).
• Collaborate closely with Test, Development, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage and track testing activities and defects using Jira
  .
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and report results clearly and accurately.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations, with progress measured on the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing
  , preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong coding experience in Python and/or Java
  .
• Hands‑on experience testing on Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency with Appium
  , Browser Stack
  , and AWS Device Farm
  .
• Experience using IBM ETM (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global team environment.
