As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully with the organization.

• Role: FTE | Permanent

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain complex software programs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Partner with management and stakeholders to analyze business needs and plan efficient, scalable systems.
• Create robust and efficient system designs based on in-depth analysis and collaborative consultations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement durable solutions to technical and functional issues.
• Offer direction and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3‑4 years of experience in IT, focusing on application development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher, SQL 2022 preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, including C# .NET and Blazor.
• Experience with health insurance companies or understanding of claims transactions and Healthcare EDI standards.
