Senior Software Engineer - Location:
On-Site in Westlake, Ohio - Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
- Candidates: US Citizens
- Role: FTE | Permanent
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain complex software programs while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Partner with management and stakeholders to analyze business needs and plan efficient, scalable systems.
- Create robust and efficient system designs based on in-depth analysis and collaborative consultations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement durable solutions to technical and functional issues.
- Offer direction and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3‑4 years of experience in IT, focusing on application development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher, SQL 2022 preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, including C# .NET and Blazor.
- Experience with health insurance companies or understanding of claims transactions and Healthcare EDI standards.
