Warehouse Worker

1 Resource Group is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in providing top-quality staffing solutions to our client in Orlando, Florida for a temp to perm position. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is able to perform various tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.

Responsibilities include carefully handling inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and safely operating warehouse equipment. This position is key to maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy against documentation.
• Organize products in the warehouse for quick retrieval and efficient storage.
• Pick and pack products for shipment according to customer orders.
• Prepare and label shipments for distribution.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or product issues.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; punctuality is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
