Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience to work evening and weekend schedules. Sales Associate positions available in the Feed department.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail experience preferred
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
* Pre-employment drug screen required
Compensation & Benefits- Starting wage is $10.00 per hour
