Continuous Improvement Advisor at AFSC

Elevate business performance as a Continuous Improvement Advisor lize Lean Six Sigma, project management, and data analysis to drive measurable improvements and efficiency across initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Services, this role involves leading structured improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will guide process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management to enhance service quality and client experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DMAIC and PDCA structured methodologies for projects

• Analyze current-state processes through workshops and mapping

• Collect and analyze operation data to establish baselines

• Develop process improvement solutions aligned with business needs

• Partner with stakeholders for change management activities

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in continuous improvement methods

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools

• Strong project management and business analysis skills

• Excellent facilitation and communication capabilities
