Coordinate Light Rail Transit systems construction for Parsons, applying traction power expertise, site supervision, and technical problem-solving. Support safe, compliant project delivery.
Parsons seeks a Systems Coordinator for LRT systems, including Traction Power, Communications, and Signalling. The position oversees construction activities and coordinates workers, subcontractors, and subsystem representatives. It supports installation, testing, commissioning, schedule performance, quality standards, and applicable legislation across project works.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate LRT systems construction activities and subsystem interfaces
- Develop weekly work plans and resource allocations
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and sub-trades daily
- Track field changes, incidents, deficiencies, and punch lists
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related experience
- Three or more years of field construction experience
- Hands-on systems and traction power experience
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
Aconex or Primavera P3 an asset
