This role requires you to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while preparing treatment rooms and assisting dentists during procedures. You'll be involved in taking dental X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and managing patient charts. Your contribution supports the efficient operation of our dental practice and improves patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
• Assist dentists and hygienists, ensuring patient comfort
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as needed
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards
• Update patient charts and educate on oral hygiene
Requirements:
• Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
• Strong focus on patient care and ethical behavior
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
