Compensation:
Competitive 60%–70% revenue split
Established referral network to support a busy caseload
Excellent earning potential within a growing clinic
Qualifications:
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with a recognized professional association
Professional liability insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and patient-centered approach
Commitment to delivering exceptional client care
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on home care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional treatment documentation
Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate and personalized care
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
Build lasting therapeutic relationships that promote long-term health and wellness
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong assessment and clinical reasoning abilities
