Trouw Nutrition, part of Nutreco, seeks a Finance Manager for its North America Business Unit. In this managerial position, you will guide and improve Record to Report operations while overseeing General Ledger performance. Expect to engage in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and stabilize Record to Report operations
• Coach General Ledger Supervisors and their teams
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and account reconciliation
• Champion automation initiatives for reporting accuracy
Requirements:
• CPA designation and a degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong IFRS knowledge and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
