Culligan’s Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for posting cash receipts for each of our 3 locations, working closely with customers to resolve payment discrepancies, processing payments. Outbound communication and follow-up to our existing customers is essential. The primary responsibility for this role will be to post cash receipts daily and prepare reporting on accounts receivable. This role will need to work closely with the accounting and customer service teams to research and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

Additionally, this role assists with other administrative duties as needed. This is an in‑person position and regular in‑office attendance is required during business hours.

• Review banking activity, and post cash receipts from multiple sources
• Completion of all cash receipts for each of the 3 locations.
• Contact clients when there are noted discrepancies payments,
• Investigate variances on customer accounts
• Process customer payments
• Resolve billing issues
• May perform other accounting and office duties as needed and / or assigned.

• Minimum 3+ years in a cash receipts or receivables‑related role or equivalent work experience

• Strong excel skills
• Ability to multi‑task, strong organization skills.
• Able to clearly present information through the spoken word.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team orientation is exhibited in verbal and non‑verbal communication.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Net Suite experience a plus
