- At least 2 years of General Ledger accounting experience, including month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Strong reconciliation skills and ability to analyze variances effectively
- Proficiency in Excel, including building schedules and work papers
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate across teams and resolve accounting issues efficiently
- Experience with cash forecasting or treasury support
- Audit support experience
Education and Experience
- Relevant accounting certification or degree
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Ability to adapt to a flexible, team‑oriented workplace
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
