Job Summary: The Department Coordinator will effectively coordinate field employees, schedule technicians to customer job sites, and ensure services meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize and submit job details for processing.
- Ensure customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
- Clear technicians’ schedules of completed job tickets and manage open tickets for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
- Run, review, and manage department reports to confirm customer expectations and commitments.
- Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
- Create and maintain service tickets to meet service dates.
- Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
- Assist field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving.
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in dispatch or high-volume field administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills focused on customer service.
- Strong time-management skills; organized and able to multi-task.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
