• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior – cars, vans, trucks, etc.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place any of value in Lost & Found; verify registration is present, current and matches license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect for safety concerns; report warning lights and tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain clean work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance – interior and exterior of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and other miscellaneous tasks).

• Seek to improve performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
