Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a capable Business Office Manager to lead the community office, front desk and records, with responsibility for Accounts Receivable, payroll and cash handling. You will supervise staff, maintain leases and census data, and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Executive Director.
Requirements include at least 2 years in office management or similar, experience with A/P, A/R and payroll, and preferred familiarity with Yardi.
