You’ll be a full‑time Case Manager based in the Winfield area, working with families to support children’s growth and placement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement.

• Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
